The outdoor sport that I’d like to try is football, I saw a lot of people love this kind of sports especially those in western countries, though I’m not a big fan of football but because of those people who really crave to watch it on the big screen, I really intrigue and caught my attention, how this kind of sports so popular. In our country, we have a football team that represents our country, however most of Filipinos still go into basketball.
If I only get a chance to play it, I will definitely will so I can feel a different experience in physical sport. There’s a lot of open field in my area and that can be use as a playing ground for any outdoor sport like football, volleyball and some are playing cricket as well.
I remembered, one of my office mate invited me once to watch their match, it’s a friendly match. And it was really intense game, I noticed that this kind of sport exerts a lot of strength and power, so one should have enough stamina in order for them to keep in action.
This sport is almost the same with basketball, the difference is that football uses its foot and legs while in basketball it uses hand to dribble the ball and set a goal.
The way it is played is totally different from the sport I used to play and I don’t think that football can’t be learned so easily, I guess it would take a hard work, time and effort to get familiarize with the do’s and don’ts of this sport.
I have to prepare myself as well, try to keep my body fit, do exercise in a regular basis, and eat healthy food and on-time. Total discipline is inevitable if I want to keep myself ready for this kind of physical sport.
