Iam going to speak about outdoor sport I would to try for first time is swimming in peach in our town
iam afraid from open water like sea ,lake,river so if I have some once give me support I will try my best to overcome this feeling , However can depend on friend of mine to do that challenge.
Firest ,Iwill started with learning how to swim in local pool then to be sustained practice ,witch improved my fitness , and heath .and increase body muscle to mitigated the water resistant during moving this will lead to enhance my speed during swim .
secondally ,imust eating health food .take enough rest ,to have power todo some any sport or activity .if you sick or fatigue will not have do any think good.
thirdally.orgaise time so can take gap todo that.
its gog think to know how to swim because.this have different benefit on our body and mind
