I have been always interested in skating, so I’d like to try this sport one day.
When I was studying at university, I learned how to do roller skating that time. Even now when I recall it back, still there are so many memorable incidents related to roller skating then. One of them were that I went out for roller skating in one winter and I fell down due to the water-frozen ground which was too slippery. All my roller skating mates were laughing at me. I was lucky enough not to get myself injured. Only my trousers became dirty and my right hand got a little bruise. One thought occurred to my mind: I should do skiing. But unfortunately, in the city where my university was located , there was no place to do skiing. Even that time there was no any shop selling skiing shoes. No this kind of facilities at all. After so many years, my curiosity on skiing is still there, not reduced. It would not be difficult for me to learn how to ski because my sense of balance is good and I have already grasped the way of roller skating. I believe them two have similarities with each other.
I guess I would go to a city on the northern part of China, like Harbin, the ice city, to try this sport. It is rare to find a skiing site on the southern part. Also, big cities would be a better option. I don’t think small cities are equipped with skiing facilities. That’s why in the city of my university, there’s no this amenity at all. Normally, this sport belongs to winter. With white snow capping everything, it would be so exciting to do this sport as well as enjoying the beauty of winter. And to know how to ski it would be another adventurous thing in my life. I am always ready for new things which could enrich my experience.
