Overall, citizens from 4 countries (Poland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Austria) had their annual income increased. In contrast, the Greek, the Italians and the British population, saw their earnings went down. In addition, while these changings happenned in the annual income of most of the nations, only in the Netherlands, its remained the same in both years.
Firstly, in terms of nations which had their annual income improved, there is Poland, with the highest increase (22%), followed by Luxembourg, Belgium and Austria with 17%, 15% and 13%, respectively. Despite the best growth showed by Poland, its average annual income had the worst result in 2008 (US$ 18,000) and in 2013, its earnings are the same as the Italians (US$22,000), which is situated above only one country. When it comes to Luxembourg, although are ranked at the second place in the annual earnings improvement, it figures as the nation where its people have earned more money in 2008 and 2013(US$ 30,000, US$ 35,000), respectively.
By contrast, other countries saw their income decreasing by 2013. They are: Greece (-13%), Italy (-12%) and the United Kingdom (-4%). Besides the worst earnings improvement showed by the greek, they also had the least average annual income in 2013 (US$ 20,000). Furthermore, unlike most of the nations, it appears the Netherlands, where its income kept the same over these two years (US$29,000).
