Secondary schools should examine teenagers on regular basis in order to train them better for their survival after secondary school. I would argue, they do need to be regularly examined for triumph in future studies and skills.

Firstly, for brilliant success teenagers need to be in touch with their courses and textbooks and go through a variety of evaluation. Only preparation for exams at secondary school enables them to acquire knowledge in abundance, and improve their level of meditation. It levels up their wisdom and prepares them for further studies after their secondary schooling. Also, exams’ pressure retains concepts and ideas in their mind and broadens their vision. Moreover, without exams, students are always reluctant to study seriously, and they hardly set any goals for further studies. So, exams at secondary school guide them for advanced studies at university level, and lead them for complex analysation in future.

Secondly, for learning skills and working practically, adults should be tested from time to time. It would compel them to practice seriously and try their level best on the tests. In other words, preparing for exams will help them to hone their skills and perform flawlessly. The more they will practice for evaluation, the more their work will be appreciable. All exams will help them to make their mistakes up and shine. Thus, different tests make teenagers skilful and confident about their skills.

According to some people, consistent exams make teenagers’ lives bore and monotonous. They hardly get any chance for entertainment and growth. Also, they do not ample opportunities to learn other activities. However, in my opinion, if the assessments are based on stepwise level of complexities and practical performance, teenagers will definitely enjoy. They will be anxious for learning from the next test. As, learning games and quizzes attract school children and enhance their aptitude.

In conclusion, frequent testing at secondary school encourages adolescents for further studies at university level. Through regular exams, they expertise their skills and learn new ideas which broadens their concepts.

  1. Nice one Shehla ????
+ Nice clear introduction (however, change “should examine teenagers” to “give regular exams to teenagers”)
+ Good advanced structure. This is an advanced structure- well done.
+ Your 3rd body paragraph (starting “According to some people…”) is very good. This is a well-developed idea: you mention that exams can be boring and then you say that it doesn’t have to be this way. This is a very good rebuttal. Congratulations!
Here are some ways your answer could be improved in my opinion.
    – Be careful with synonyms. You have used “adults” and “children” as synonyms for “teenagers”. These are not suitable synonyms and would result in you losing marks for having a “tangential answer”. It is better not to use a synonym than to use the wrong synonym.
    – You have a lot of ideas in your answer. I would try to write fewer ideas and make sure that they are fully developed with examples. Here are your ideas:
    1. Regular exams enable teenagers to acquire knowledge
    2. Regular exams enable teenagers to improve their level of meditation. (I don’t really understand this idea)
    3. Regular exam pressure encourages teenagers to retain concepts.
    4. Regular exam pressure encourages teenagers to broaden their vision. (I don’t really understand this idea)
    5. Without exams students don’t study seriously or set goals.
    6. Adults should be tested from time to time. (the question asks about teenagers, not adults)
    7. If adults have exams they will hone their skills and perform flawlessly.
    8. The more they [adults] will practice for evaluation, the more their work will be appreciable.
    9. All exams will help them [adults] to make their mistakes up and shine
    10. Different tests make teenagers skilful and confident about their skills.
If I were you, I would choose idea 1 and 5 and develop them with examples.
I hope this helps! You are doing well! Have a read through some of the other answers and please leave a nice comment on any answers that you like ????
