Overall, the most popular cars were the petrol cars (at 69%), in 2008, and diesel consuming vehicles(at 46%) in 2018, whereas a prediction for the most preferably complete electric cars at 32%, in 2028. Electric cars weren’t introduced in 2008 yet; the least amount of such cars was recoded (at 4 %), in 2018.
Petrol cars ( at 69%), which were the top most priority of the citizens of Norway in 2008, were in the second place in 2018, at 39%. The diesel running cars (at 30%), which were in the second place in 2008, took the first place in 2018, at 46%. The least popular hybrid cars (at 1%) in 2008, were increased up to 11% in 2018. Fully automatic cars, which were found in 2018, had been the least demanded cars (at 4%) in 2018; no such cars were observed in 2008.
in 2028, complete automatic cars are expected to be the top most priority of the respondents of Norway ( at 32%); petrol operated cars are projected to be the least favoured (at 11%). Hybrid vehicles will be in the second place (at 30%); diesel running cars are estimated to be in the third place (at 27%).

– Be careful with commas. You don’t need to put a comma before the date at the end of the sentence.
– Try not to include so much data in your overview. Remember, the overview is a general description of how the categories have changed over time. Here is what you could say for the overview (notice that there is no data): “Overall, from 2008 to 2018, the percentage of hybrid and fully electric vehicles on Norwegian roads increased significantly, though this positive trend was offset by the predominance of petrol and diesel vehicles. However, by 2028 this situation is projected to reverse substantially, with green-tech vehicles surpassing fossil-fuelled ones to become Norway’s dominant means of conveyance.”
