According to some people, a satisfactory amount of trash from houses do not get recycle. In my opinion, both the government and people are responsible in this regard. Government should install the recycling plants and educate nation whereas people are needed to recycle litter timely and properly.

If the government takes the issue of recycling into consideration and facilitate citizens for recycling locally, the problem can be solved to a great extent. People are mostly unaware of this phenomenon, so they have no tendency towards recycling. In this respect, the government should spread the word on social media about making it a compulsion and distribute some brushers all around through various NGOs. Moreover, through all learning institutions, the new generation should be educated about the utmost necessity of recycling and its benefits. Furthermore, government can arrange recycling trucks, collecting waste material from residential areas and taking that to the plants. For example, in Japan ,some days are specified for collecting recyclable materials from homes and disposing that off at the local recycling centre. The inhabitants of every city there, set aside their waste material and once the responsible team visits, they pick that. This has absolutely lowered the pollution rate in Japan now.

On the other hand, people impart great irresponsibility on their part. Some places are well equipped with modern recycling plants but they less likely bother to to take their garbage there. They even do not make their presence possible to the team who arrive at their doors for collecting recyclable material. They throw it away or discard in dust bins. This way, they are contributing to pollution and global warming. It needs to be one of the top most priorities of the government to educate everyone through different sources. For example, in my beloved country Bangladesh, people never show their interest as far as recycling is concerned. It is one of the major issues destroying the beauty of my peaceful homeland. Being the inhabitants of this gorgeous planet Earth, we are bound to keep it clean and trash off.
In conclusion, both the government and public are accountable for this issue and both should accept their duties. Increasing the number of recycling stations and awareness all around the world can help to eradicate this problem.
