Talk about an outdoor sport that I tried for the first time. I would like to share my experience of horse riding. The first time I tried horse riding was in the Farmhouse, which was the farm hold by Taiwanese and located in New Zealand. As for the time, if my memory serves me right, it must’ve been 7 or 8 years ago. I still remember that the name of my horse was Cloud, and I thought it’s a female. The Cloud’s appearance was white with some black spots. So for me, it’s a very beautiful horse.

So it took like one hour for each course, and we actually rode our horse going through the forest and small mountains. It’s quite excited to me because as a Taiwan child, I didn’t have any chance to ride a horse. So, I was over the moon at that time. Every time I recall this experience, I can feel the temperature of my horse and the temple while she was walking. When it comes to the difficulty, in my opinion, because the horses were well-trained, they didn’t run. They just walked, so it’s actually not so difficult to me, who was the beginner.

  1. Hey Judy, there is one large mistake with your answer. The question is asking you about a sport you WOULD like to try. This means that you haven’t tried it yet.
    Here are some tips:
    1. When you see “would” be very careful. For example, “a holiday you would like to have”, “a person you would like to meet”.
    2. “It’s quite excited to me because as a Taiwan child” – It was quite exciting to me as a Taiwanese child”

  2. The question is about future, ‘ that you would LIKE to try for the first time’
So, which outdoor sport would you like to try not the one you have already tried.
